Charles, 38, didn't know she was a woman until the age of 18

Mirror reports on Charles Darling, a person suffering from Klinefelter's syndrome (meaning that the person has an extra X chromosome, giving you an XXY combination.

Charles was raised as a boy, but didn’t feel anything like a man. He never had an Adam’s apple, his voice never broke, instead he had feminine hips and breasts.

He says:

“My sister who was one year younger than me was developing breasts at the same time as me, which was really weird."

When she really found out who she was, she decided to present as the woman.

Later this year she will compete in the Miss Transgender UK beauty pageant.
